How can I reach you?
You can contact us in various ways - either via the website, email, telephone, chat or WhatsApp. Just choose the path that suits you best!
Which languages do you speak?
We understand and speak multiple languages including English, German, Spanish, Russian, French, Portuguese, Italian and Danish. If you want to feel comfortable in your native language, we are here to help you. In chat we can communicate in more than 45+ languages.
Why are there so many international phone numbers? Which one should I call?
The many different landline phone numbers are there for you to speak directly to someone who speaks your language and so you don't have to pay international phone costs. Simply dial the number that matches your preferred language.
Can I have a personal contact person?
Of course, if you book our premium package, you will get your own contact person. This means that your concerns have absolute priority.
Why can you only chat on WhatsApp and not call?
WhatsApp offers a secure platform for written communication. But don't worry, if you prefer to speak in person, just give us a call. We are there for you!
Why does it cost money to speak to a legal advisor?
Legal advisors have specific knowledge and experience. The fees cover the costs of professional advice. However, if you book a premium package, legal advice may already be included.
Can we get a call back?
Yes, of course you can receive a call back. Simply leave your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
