We are based in Copenhagen and can personally travel to the authorities and embassies. The processing time depends on the respective task. We will certify the marriage certificate at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The legalizations are made at the respective embassy in Copenhagen. Only the Chinese and Cuban embassies have special rules, so these embassies have special prices. All prices include fees to the Foreign Ministry or respective embassy. Return shipping is included by registered letter within the EU. Courier post costs extra, depending on the recipient country, and can be booked as an extra.
APOSTILLE standard - €295 for the 1st apostille
Certification of the Danish marriage certificate within 2-3 weeks. The fees to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danish VAT and return shipping within the EU by registered letter are included in the price. Courier mail can be booked as an extra.
APOSTILLE express - €495 for the 1st apostille
Certification of the Danish marriage certificate within 2-3 working days. The fees to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danish VAT and return shipping within the EU by registered letter are included in the price. Courier mail can be booked as an extra.
Apostille - €95 for 2nd-5th Apostille
If you have more than one marriage certificate, you will receive discounts for the 2nd-5th. Certificates. Fees to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danish VAT and return shipping within the EU by registered letter to ONE address are included in the price. Courier mail can be booked as an extra.
Apostille - €65 for 5th apostille or more
If you have more than 5 marriage certificates, you will receive bulk discounts (this applies to agencies). Fees to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danish VAT and return shipping to ONE address by registered letter within the EU are included in the price. Courier mail can be booked as an extra.
Legalization standard - €345 at the respective embassy
