      How do I tell the difference between individual so-called housewife agencies somewhere in Germany and a real Danish company registered with the Danish court?

      It is important to understand the difference between the services and benefits offered to you. Search for companies registered in Denmark. You can identify them using their Danish tax number. At www.cvr.dk or in the European MIAS system, https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

      You can check whether the tax number is real and therefore the company is active. You can ask the Danish Family Court directly whether a company is registered there, then you will know whether it is a professional company with direct access to the Family Court.
      Furthermore: look for and insist on CONTRACT GUARANTEE and ask how quickly you can get married. If you notice that someone answers your questions evasively and doesn't want to give any guarantees in writing, that's usually a bad sign. 

      How quickly can we get married in Denmark?

      In Denmark you can get married just a few days after submitting your application. However, the exact time frame depends on various factors, including availability at the registry office. A marriage date can only be booked once recognition has been received from the family court.

      The application process can be significantly delayed if the documents are incomplete or incorrect. Therefore, it is crucial that all application documents and forms are carefully prepared before submitting the application. If there is any uncertainty about whether you are able to do this, we strongly recommend that you consider the Premium package.       Can we upgrade from the starter package to a higher package?

      Of course, you can upgrade from the starter package to a higher package. We offer you the flexibility to customize the package according to your needs. Please note, however, that an upgrade is only possible as long as the application has not yet been submitted to the court.       Can we downgrade from Premium Package to Basic Package?

      The Premium package already includes services provided in advance, such as application and communication with the Danish authorities. For this reason, downgrading to the Basic package is not possible after starting these steps.
